My previous employment was as a senior manager at High Q, one of the largest adult education companies in Israel, a role that I held for 5 years. I have significant experience in general management, personnel administration, business management, sales, marketing and customer service. I have a Bachelor of Political Science and Public Affairs and a Master of International Relations.

I believe my extensive experience in coordinating events and planning activities, as they were a daily task in my previous roles, will be beneficial for the marketing position. In particular, my peers and students always applauded my creativity. I also believe managing people and teams is a strength of mine; I have led teams of various sizes up to 20 personnel and I have a record of motivating teams to high performance.
